I was intrigued from the start by this product, it was new to me and it was different to the dozens of knee guards, straps and protectors that I had used for what seems like forever. Since beginning to wear the Coccoons, I have found that my pain level has in fact decreased significantly after wearing them pretty much 24/7, though I can't say it has receded completely but having more manageable pain is better than not being able to do anything about it at all, except to take a multitude of pills, lotions and potions to calm and dull the respective joints. The only downside was the amount of time it took the Australian delivery arm to get it to my door, especially after the 5 days duration to arrive from overseas after ordering. So 12 days awaiting delivery after it arrived on our shores is realistically not acceptable and if it wasn't for this poor performance from the courier, my glowing report would be even more sparkling. However, i reiterate that I'm extremely pleased with the product though and I recommend the considerable outlay it takes to purchase one, or even two pairs of Coccoons to alleviate pain that has been dealt with for as long as I can remember. Thumbs up from me!

Hi folks, I do like the cocoons and can feel the relief they bring to my knees. I do have a concern about the fact that one of the sleeves has developed a lot of pilling over the knee whereas the other sleeve has not. I have also found that this other sleeve has developed a small void in the gel over one knee. As I wear the sleeves for extended periods of time at work the gel tends to bulk up at the sides of my knees which, once I take them off flattens out by the next morning. All in all I like your product but believe that I am using them in the wrong fashion.

Got a size M for my knee. Very convienient. Hassle free. Leak proof. Dump that old method of ice cubes tied in plastic bags. It lasts for a good 10-15mins only on application but does what its supposed to do. Instant relief for my torn meniscus and LCL in my knee after each crossfit session. I would advise everyone to get atleast a pair so that you can swap with the 2nd sleeve once the 1st sleeve warms down. This way, the ice therapy can be enjoyed for as long as 30 mins. I am going to purchase my 2nd pair. Great stuff from . No regrets and 100% recommended!

I have a lot of pain in my knees, so, I was looking forward to the Cocoons enveloping them and Presto - the pain would be gone. Personally, I prefer warmth for pain. I only put them in the Microwave for the recommended time of 30 seconds, as I didn’t want to damage the Gel. It took the Chill off, however I noticed once they were on, the body heat seemed to be absorbed and they made my knees more comfortable! The one thing I don’t like is that while I’m sitting the gel bunches on either side at the back which makes it uncomfortable after. I’m presuming that would be eliminated if the gel only covered the front area from the middle of the inside of the knee area to the middle of the . outside.
